Dan Crowder and his son Michael started Crowder Homes to offer homeowners with newly renovated homes, in the Indianapolis area, for a moderate price.  Our restoration crew takes great pride in their work to provide a home that looks good and is in excellent condition.     

Crowder Homes purchased and renovated their first home in 2002.  Although we have only been in business a couple years, we have been able to fix up a number of homes to sell.  All of our homes receive a fresh coat of paint, and many will have a new or updated kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, appliances, mechanicals, and a new roof.  Our goal is to provide our homebuyers with a quality product for the money.
